Eli Kovalenko is a strong leader and executive with close to twenty years of successful operational and executive experience for privately held companies. He is skilled in all aspects of property management, asset management, sales and marketing, reorganization, building corporate structure, integrating technological strategies, acquisitions and dispositions. Eli’s experience and his extensive technical and systems expertise bring a unique combination which allows him to utilize software solutions to implement organizational accountability throughout the company.

Eli is one of the founding principals of Skyview Property Group, a residential management company that specializes in HUD and Tax Credit multifamily assets. Since joining Skyview, Mr. Kovalenko has been responsible for property management, strategic and operational decision making, asset management and real estate investment activities. He is also responsible for its overall corporate strategy. Through Eli’s effective strategic planning and property management skills, Skyview and its affiliates have more than doubled their overall portfolio over the last 2 years.

From 2007 to 2014, Mr. Kovalenko served as President of Axwood Property Group which owned and managed over 750,000 sq. feet of office and retail in multiple states.

From 2006 to 2007, Eli was a key employee with real estate management company in the USA and Canada with over 2,000 multi-family units and commercial office under management.

From 1996 to 2006, Eli held several Executive Positions with Starplast / Crown Plastic including Controller and Chief Operating Officer.

Eli takes an active role in his community and volunteers his time for worthy causes. Eli holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
